DIE- HEADS:
You may produce many products with different KUATRO Die-Heads materials. Different head designs for the materials having different properties are made by the experienced engineers of KUATRO.
Many innovations are developed by taking in to account especially the characteristics of the thermoplastic materials developed in the recent period in special head and mould design.
Many innovation for manufacturing of such type pipes are developed by us and offered to the service of the sector based on the fact that increase in the use of multi-layer pipes that are used by co-extrusion and the demand to such type pipes will increase in the future.

VACUUM TANKS
KUATRO Vacuum Tanks are tanks with high cooling capacity having features that will differentiate you from your competitors constituted as a result of manufacturing experience and accumulation of many years.
The body and installation that is contact with the water in the tanks are completely AISI304 quality stainless steel.
Cooling nozzles are easily dismountable type full cone and hallovy cone nozzles. In particular the cooling capacity has been increased in calibrating sleeve part. Circulation pumps are German made. Vacuum pumps are monoblock type high efficient pumps.
Pipe beds inside the vacuum tank are in form of semilunar and designed to prevent the pipe to be oval.
Spray tanks (Cooling Tanks)
Spray tanks (Cooling Tanks) are made of AISI304 quality stainless steel. Brush system is developed instead of gasket at inlet and output part. The pipe moves on the pulleys inside the tank.
Cutters:
KUATRO cutters, can be divided into two classes according to cuttıng systems and diameters.
Rotary Type Cutters
Developed for 16-1200mm HDPE and PPR-C pipes.
Saw Type Cutters
Developed for 16-1200mm PVC and HDPE pipes.
AUTOMATIC SOCKETING MACHINES
Polybell – 2:
Kuatro presents new PVC Clear Water Multiple Belling Machines to it’s meritorious customers. Single and double machine production up to Ø50-Ø500 mm diameter is made through the demands of our customers and market.
Belling of both PVC wastewater and pipe became possible by the required adaptations with this specially designed machine. Socketing machine which works on the line and full automatic is offered to the pipe producer with three different models.
Belling of pipe at very high capacity is possible in these machines which may bell pipes of 150 cm thanks to its special design.
